Because we custom-craft every single item specifically for you the moment you order rather than pulling mass-produced shirts off a dusty warehouse shelf, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes or changes of heart. We highly recommend taking a quick peek at the size chart on the product page so we can get your fit exactly right the first time!
Damaged or Defective Items
We are obsessed with our premium quality. If your apparel ever arrives damaged or the printing isn't up to our high standards, we’ve got your back. We will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.
How to Request a Replacement:
If there is an issue with your order, just email us at info@wittyteez.shop within 30 days of your delivery.
Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. To save you time and hassle, there is no need to package and mail the item back to us! Once we see the photo, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.
